What to include

1. Your name and contact details, and the copyright owner you represent.
2. A description of the original work and a link or other evidence identifying it.
3. The exact NeuroCity URLs containing the reported content.
4. Why you believe the use is unauthorised, including a good faith statement that the use is not authorised by the owner, their agent or the law.
5. A statement that your report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your electronic signature and the date.

How reports are handled

NeuroCity reviews reports and may request clarification, restrict access to disputed content or contact the uploader for a response. Relevant details may be shared with the uploader to resolve the concern. Please consider permission, licensing and lawful exceptions before reporting.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights may be suspended or terminated in appropriate circumstances. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, contact the same address with the affected URLs and your explanation.
